In this application note we combine the NucleoMag Tissue kit with the DreamPrep NAP workstation, demonstrating a streamlined workflow for genomic DNA isolation from cells, tissue and or NucleoCard blood storage cards. Applying direct nucleic acid quality assessment via the Frida Reader module, this method saves valueable hands-on time for increased daily throughput in applied testing laboratories.
