In the application note we show that the NucleoMag DNA Microbiome kit in combination with the epMotion 5073t or 5075t quickly and reliably purifies high-quality host and pathogenic genomic DNA from human stool samples.
We also show superior inhibitor removal and efficient lysis with enhancer SX for soil samples demonstrating the purification of high quality DNA from soil microbial communities.
